Ximena Beltrán

Founding partner

Ximena has spent her career on divorces and custody cases, and most of it trying to keep them out of trial.

Ximena started Beltrán Farrow after years at a larger firm, where she watched families spend their savings on fights a good mediation could have ended in an afternoon. She still goes to trial when a case needs it, and she prepares for every mediation as if it might become one.

She grew up in Tucson, speaks Spanish with clients who prefer it, and coaches her daughter’s soccer team on Saturday mornings.

How Ximena works

She asks for the whole story at the first meeting, including the parts that feel embarrassing, because those are usually the parts the other side will raise. Then she tells you plainly where you’re strong and where you aren’t.

Her clients get a one-page plan within days, and a call from her, not an assistant, before every hearing.
